No-Shows:** - If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged. Failure to confirm appointment will result in rescheduling the appointment. **4. Multiple Cancellations:** - Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments at the last minute may be required to prepay for future appointments. **5. Emergency Situations:** - We understand that emergencies arise, and we will do our best to accommodate these situations. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any concerns. **6. Please note: All Groupon appointments must be confirmed by you after booking. If we do not receive a confirmation reply or response to our message, the appointment will be automatically released to the next client.
