Cancellation Policy

At The Spa, we strive to provide excellent service and a relaxing experience for every client. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: **1. Cancellation Notice:** - We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client. **2. Late Cancellations:** - Cancellations made after 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. **3. No-Shows:** - If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged. Failure to confirm appointment will result in rescheduling the appointment. **4. Multiple Cancellations:** - Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments at the last minute may be required to prepay for future appointments. **5. Emergency Situations:** - We understand that emergencies arise, and we will do our best to accommodate these situations. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any concerns. **6. Please note: All Groupon appointments must be confirmed by you after booking. If we do not receive a confirmation reply or response to our message, the appointment will be automatically released to the next client.
