Cancellation Policy

At The Spa, we strive to provide excellent service and a relaxing experience for every client. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client. **2. Late Cancellations:** - Cancellations made after 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. **3. No-Shows:** - If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged. **4. Multiple Cancellations:** - Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments at the last minute may be required to prepay for future appointments. **5.
